I took my car to Imperial after a Google search for the closest hand car wash. What a pleasant surprise. The facility is neat. The staff is pleasant. They spent quite a bit of time on my car and cleaned areas often overlooked by other establishments. They removed both child seats, cleaned the trunk and even returned the few crayons they found. The owner, Dominic, is very hands on and overlooks the entire operation. Excellent service.

Everyone is right , this place has gone down the drain .. it used to be one the best car washes in the neighborhood. Now NOT SO MUCH.. You have to remind them to even clean the inside windows. And they price is out of control. O’ never mind if you got a big truck/Suv that more $ . TBH I THINK it’s because THE OLD MAN not there anymore.

Fuck this damn place, after years of going to wash and do oil changes on my truck in this place, today is the last time I will go, they tore the bed cover of my truck and when I told what happened to the bald man who worked there he only treated me condescendingly and told me that they would not take responsibility. **Rating: ☆ ☆☆☆☆** I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to CPLE Imperial Car Wash and Lube. On February 19, 2025, I paid $75 for a car wash, only to notice after the wash that the visor window in my vehicle was broken. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee, but was informed that the business would not take responsibility for the damage. This situation is very frustrating because the visor was in perfect condition before the wash. I am left confused about how this damage occurred and upset that the business is unwilling to address the issue. I believe that when a vehicle is in a business's care, any damages should be acknowledged and resolved. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope this matter is taken seriously and handled professionally moving forward.

Horrible! First, their super deluxe one was not working and they were charging me for super deluxe two without telling me super deluxe mom is not working. Once I change that to deluxe, I paid $35 for them to wash the outside of my car my tires emerald And not vacuum the back of my car. Very disappointing. I've been going to this place for years and over the last several years. I've seen a decline in the service. I'm never happy with the results of the car wash when I called no one was available to speak to me the girl put me on hold For like five minutes finally I hung up. Very disappointing because when this place opened it was really good and now horrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to get their car done. I just spent $35 and now I need to go get another car wash very disappointed.

This is place has gotten bad over the years. New employees at drying section don't do great job. Even prices went up! Detailing also has problems. What happened to this place

Raised price of regular car wash to $28!!!! Good deal to get oil change w free car wash. But will not go just for car wash.

I cannot give more than one star one this car wash which offers several services but doesn't give you the current price for the different services including the car wash. They have a website and there's no reason for the price is not to be on there.

It's my go to place for a car wash. Most of the wash is done by hand and the service is great. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly! Why 4/5, well, there are two reasons. 1) Approach to this place can be confusing and difficult during busy hours. They try their best to help, but your first time during busy hours might be difficult. 2) I always feel I have streaks of water making marks on my car after I drive away. The final drying out of the car / wipe could be better!

I've very surprised of the negative reviews. I've been to this car wash about 10 times total so far and every single time I drive away extremely pleased with how clean the interior and exterior look. I live in nj and let me tell you, the car washes near me are horrible, they rush the car through and leave carpets dirty, brake dust on rims, and water spots all over. Imperial car wash takes their time and doesn't seem to overlook any details. Hey I don't mind a long wait if they are being thorough. 5 stars for Imperial!!!

I absolutely love coming here, they guys are always so nice and I never feel like I'm getting beat over the head. Then you go inside and get taken care of by Elvira who is just such a sweetheart and gives off such good energy. I don't live in the neighborhood but I make it my business to always come back to this location. Service: Auto detailing

It's still dirty after washing. It is equivalent to not washing. I paid for vacuuming, but they didn't clean it.After I paid the tip, I found that there was no vacuuming at all. I asked them to clean it again, and they told me that I needed to pay again.I regret that I paid a tip.

Being my first time, place is some what pricey granted its a hand wash car wash. Otherwise wash was sufficient. Being a Military Veteran and I asked for discount no discounts offer to Veterans.

Payed more to have interior cleaned and this was the results of this car wash - not satisfied with the service

Horrible, horrible car wash service. Avoid them, they doing very slopy job at cleaning the interior. I complaint about trash on the floor that haven't been vacuumed , talking loose trash and manager of this tragedy that they serve told me" Ohhh it needs detailing and shampoo. Joke of a place just avoid.

I came from far away to get ceramic wash. I went through the whole car wash and the ceramic machine didn't come on. If I wasn't paying attention, i would have paid $40 for just a regular wash. When I told the cashier she told the manager, who viewed the camera and said " The computer didn't pick it up just pay for a reg wash". I could have got a reg wash 2 blocks aways from my house. Make sure you watch your car go through the wash. You might be paying for somthing you didnt even receive. I wonder how many times I came here and ended up paying for somthing I didn't receive.

Highly DO NOT recommend. I paid $20 for only exterior cleaning and this is what I’ve got (see pictures). Not to mention that people who work there have very nasty attitude. After that I spend another $40 for cleaning supplies and cleaned the car by myself. Very unprofessional. I won’t go there again.

Truly the worst car wash service I’ve ever experienced. Was done in less than 5 minutes. Come inside of my car only to see leaves and dirt left behind everywhere. Nothing inside wiped down. After showing them the leaves and dirt, they “re-vacuumed” and it was still a terrible job. Truly didn’t have the energy to argue/complain. Pay money just to have to go home and waste more time to clean your car yourself. Don’t waste your money or time. Terrible job. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
